David Aideloje Ohikhuare was born on the 22nd of June, 2007 to prolific artist and filmmaker; Stanlee Ohikhuare.
David was born into creativity! His paternal family is known for their excellence in the creative spheres - from Art to Music, Fashion, Literature, and Film. David grew up in his father's studio and so, it is not surprising that he has a strong flair for filmmaking. He made his first movie when he was just nine years old, and the movie screened in about 10 film festivals, and won three awards.
The movie, titled "DEAR JOHN" was inspired by his younger brother, Daniel. Daniel lost his hearing as a result of some medication that was prescribed for his recovery when he was diagnosed with Bronchopneumonia as a baby. The movie had its world premiere at the Realtime International Film Festival in 2016, where it won the award for the best film made by a child. It had its final festival showcase at the Blackstar international film festival in Ghana.
David started accompanying his father to film sets in 2012, and has been part of the Mighty Jot Studios crew ever since. His credits as a crew member include roles in award-winning titles such as KPIANS - the feast of souls, Stupid Movie, Idahosa Trails and more.
